Michael Cozzi

Michael was born in Illinois and relocated to Nashville in 2016. He has been a dedicated member of Lew for more than 30 years, beginning his career on the factory floor and advancing to his current role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and part owner.

In his leadership role, Michael oversees sales operations and strategic marketing initiatives across a broad territory that includes the Midwest, New England, and Washington, D.C. He is known for his deep industry knowledge, long-standing client relationships, and commitment to driving sustainable growth for the company.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys supporting the Chicago Cubs, exercising, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Mary, along with their five children and five grandchildren.
