    Description

    The Lew Electric PFC-S is a 5 3⁄4″ gray plastic cover for round floor boxes. The cover features a single hinged lid and two removable knockouts that serve as pass throughs for low voltage cords. The cover is designed for duplex receptacle applications in the 812, 32 and FB Series boxes.The cover comes with three mounting plates, cork gaskets and three 8/32 x 1/2″ cover screws:

    1. GFCI MOUNTING PLATE for GFCI and Decora receptacles
    2. DUPLEX MOUNTING PLATE for standard 15 and 20 amp receptacles
    3. SINGLE HOLE MOUNTING PLATE for single phone line or single receptacles.
