Description
The Lew Electric PB1-SPA is a single gang, drop in style plastic floor box with a brushed aluminum screw plug cover. Inside the box is a 15 AMP (TR) duplex receptacle attached to a mounting plate with grounding screw and a water tight gasket surrounding the receptacle. A second gasket surrounds the underside of the cover, preventing spills from accessing the receptacles. The box that houses the receptacles is made out of a lightweight polymer construction that offers savings over traditional metal floor boxes. The box is easy to install in finished floor applications and has an interior capacity of 22.5 cubic inches. The integrated adjustable wing clamps add additional installation support. There are four knockouts in the box for cable entry; two 3/4″ in the bottom and two 3/4″ – 1″ combo in the sides. The compact floor box is affordable, easy to install, and supplies power in any finished floor.
The PB1-SPA is ETL listed for USA and Canada installations and conforms to UL standard #498 and CSA # C22.2#18.
