The Lew Electric 812-DA-SFP-DB flush mount round floor box is a heavy-duty, ETL listed die cast aluminum floor box designed for reliable, in-floor electrical power distribution. This model includes a durable Dark Bronze, single flip lid cover for a clean, low-profile finish, making it perfect for flush installation in wood floors. It can also be used in concrete applications.

Equipped with a built-in 15-amp tamper-resistant duplex receptacle, the 812-DA-SFP-DB provides safe, code-compliant power access in both residential and commercial spaces. The die cast aluminum box includes 1/2-inch and 3/4-inch threaded conduit openings, offering flexible wiring options for new or retrofit electrical installations.

This versatile round floor box can also be installed in tile or carpet flooring with the addition of an optional floor flange (see product links below for all compatible flange and cover options).
