    The Lew Electric TCP-2-LR-DB is a 5 3⁄4-inch seamless flanged round dark bronze cover that features two flip lids. The cover is designed for duplex receptacle applications in the 812, 32 and FB Series boxes. It includes a cork gasket and three 8/32 by 1⁄2-inch screws.
