Description
The Lew Electric PB3-SPB is a three gang, divided, drop in style plastic floor box with a brass screw plug cover. Inside the box are three 15 AMP (TR) duplex receptacles, each attached to a mounting plate with grounding screw and a water tight gasket surrounding the receptacle. A second gasket surrounds the underside of the cover, preventing spills from accessing the receptacles. A Lew RRP-2-PQ quad port Comm./Data device is also included to replace one of the receptacles if warranted. This allows for line voltage and Comm./Data to be utilized in the same box. The box that houses the receptacles is made out of a lightweight polymer construction that offers savings over traditional metal floor boxes. The box is easy to install in finished floor applications and has a total interior capacity of 64 cubic inches. The integrated adjustable wing clamps add additional installation support. There are five 3/4″ – 1″ combination knockouts in the box for cable entry.
The PB3-SPB is ETL listed for the USA and Canada installations and conforms to UL Standard #498 CSA # C22.2#18. The compact floor box is affordable, easy to install, and supplies power in any finished floor.
