Jim Cozzi

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Jim Cozzi leads Lew Electric’s operations west and south of the Mississippi River, as well as all international transactions overseas. With his name on several patents, Jim combines hands-on product development with a lifelong passion for innovation. To Jim, business is personal — he values genuine relationships with suppliers and customers alike, often considering them part of the Lew Electric family. He thrives on collaboration and the excitement of bringing new ideas to life.

Outside the office, Jim is always on the move. He’s completed more than twenty marathons, loves traveling to new places, and enjoys both hiking and beach vacations in equal measure. Married for over twenty-five years with three adult daughters, Jim also treasures family time on Sundays and is always eager to learn something new — whether it’s a language, a book, or a fresh perspective from someone he meets along the way.
