Description
THE 8200 RECESSED/ACCESS BOX is an eight gang dual service floor box for use in a poured concrete floor, raised floor or wood floor. The box is constructed of 16 ga. galvanized steel and comes complete with heavy duty hot-rolled,, black painted stainless steel cover. The units are shipped with disposable sheet metal covers to protect the box during concrete pour. The box is supplied with two (1/2 – 3/4″ combination) NPS conduit knockouts on the power side for conduit feed. The COMM/AV side has two (1 1/2 – 2″ combination) NPS conduit knockouts. The unit comes complete with four adjustable legs for pre-pour adjustment. For raised floor or wood floor applications, disregard the adjustable leg hardware. All gangs are supplied with blank/decora knockout plates that accepts most decora receptacles, GFCI receptacles and low voltage yokes.
